Today I received my motorcycle headset. I have been wanting one of these for a longtime so I can have communications in my helment. The "SMH10-11" has bluetooth capabilities so I can link the unit with my GPS and iPhone. Link to the GPS to hear "turn by turn" commands and iPhone for audio features - like music, phone & books.
As you can see, this is a dual unit - so it comes in pairs. I can now setup Lisa's helment with the SMH so can talk with each other when she takes a ride with me. If I had a riding partner - they could install the second set (or they buy their own) and we could also communicate with each other while within 900' ft.
I have a few days to setup the unit before getting on the road. Will be nice to periodically take a call from Lisa just to let her know that I am ok - will still moving.
